Our story

We got tired of the tricks.

Rivervo started in a shared co-working space, after our founders spent a frustrating week migrating a client off a "budget" host whose renewal rate was 6× the advertised price.

We built Rivervo to be the opposite: flat pricing that doesn't balloon on renewal, support tickets answered by engineers who can actually fix things, and infrastructure we own and operate — not reseller cloud slices dressed up as hosting.

We're still privately held, profitable, and growing. No VC, no aggressive growth tactics — just honest hosting for people who want to ship things.

01Flat renewal pricing

The price you sign up at is the price you renew at — no exceptions. If we ever raise rates for a plan, existing customers keep their price for at least 12 months.

02Own infrastructure

We run our own racks in our own data centres. No reseller agreements, no cloud middlemen. When something breaks, we fix it — we don't file a ticket with AWS.

03Engineer-first support

Every support ticket is answered by someone who can actually SSH into the server. Median response time under 3 minutes, 24 hours a day.

04Privacy-respecting

We collect only what's needed to run your account. We never sell data, never scan customer files, and don't use your content to train models.
